About iTech

iTech provides Apple devices, selected preloved devices, accessories, trade-in services and independent device repair in Bali, with locations in Seminyak and Ubud. We have been serving customers here since 2013.

What we do

Repair capability

Not every fault can be solved by replacing a part. Some devices need work at component level, on the circuits of the logic board itself.

Advanced logic-board repairs are performed in house using board-level diagnostics, microscope-assisted inspection and microsoldering techniques. Board repair is diagnosed case by case — the fault has to be found before anyone can quote it honestly.

How we work

• Clear diagnostics. We inspect the device and tell you what we found, in plain language.
• Quote and approval before repair begins. Nothing starts until you say yes.
• Parts options explained before repair. We use three part grades — Original Pulled, Premium Aftermarket and Standard Aftermarket — and we explain which one applies to your repair.
• The selected part grade is recorded on your invoice.
• Your warranty period is stated on the service invoice.
• Clear communication. Our team works in English and Indonesian, and we will tell you when something is bad news.

Repair warranty

Repair warranty coverage ranges from 30 days to 12 months, depending on the repair performed and the replacement part selected. Your applicable warranty period is stated on the service invoice.

Turnaround

Estimated turnaround depends on the device, fault, parts availability, and repair complexity. We’ll provide an estimated completion time after inspection.

Kuta is not a separate store. Customers in the Kuta area are served from our nearest location, iTech Seminyak.
